Ingredients for Grapefruit & Sauvignon Blanc Slushy
6oz Ty Caton Sauvignon Blanc
1/2 Ruby Red Grapefruit – peeled, chopped and frozen
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lime
Ingredients for Raspberry & Cabernet Slushy
1 cup Ty Caton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
1 cup raspberries – frozen
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup ice
1 tsp. chocolate sauce or more – add to taste
The instructions for either are the same and nice and simple. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
If you would like to reduce the seeds in the raspberry slushy, blend the wine, sugar, chocolate sauce and raspberries first. Then strain the mixture. Add the ice and blend again.
