2021 Estate Four Rows Select Cabernet Sauvignon

Derived from grapes grown in the last rows atop our Upper Bench Vineyard, this Cabernet always tends to be an explosion of ripe, opulent fruit, and the 2021 vintage is no exception. Bold dark cherry and a hint of tea, balanced with a sweet-earth finish, this wine delivers a cab lovers wish list of flavors.

2021 Estate Big Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

One of the larger parcels in the Caton Vineyard, Big Hill offers a variety of soils and terrain. This comes from the back side that is loaded with rock, gravel and incredible drainage, plus ample afternoon sun. It creates a bold Cabernet that has a richness and flinty tone that mark it for a great cellar selection – age it for 5+ years.
