David brings more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and wine industry, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Originally from San Francisco, he graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Sociology. When he’s not at the winery, David enjoys hiking, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family.

Paige joined the team in 2026 after spending the previous two years in the wine industry. Raised in Santa Rosa by two parents who worked in wine sales, she developed an early appreciation for the people, stories, and community behind every bottle.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Literature and Creative Writing, Paige is passionate about making wine approachable and accessible to the next generation of wine lovers. Outside of work, she enjoys wine tasting, traveling, reading, and exploring Sonoma County’s food and happy hour scene. If you stop by the tasting room on the weekend, you’ll likely find her sharing stories, recommendations, and of course, good wine.

Greg worked for an international oil company for many years, a career that led him to travel the world. He spent three years living and working in West Africa and now that he is back in the US, he lives in Sonoma, California with his wife Chris. Greg first met Ty in 2005 and became part of the tasting room team in 2013. Being born in Santa Rosa, he supports many of the Bay Area sports teams, especially the Golden State Warriors and Oakland A’s. In his spare time he likes hiking, traveling and always enjoys sipping a glass of Ty’s Barracks Cabernet Sauvignon.

Marissa was born and raised on a dairy ranch in Tomales, California. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from Sonoma State University before beginning her career with Team Ty in 2008. She now lives in Petaluma with her husband and two young daughters. She is an asset to the company as our Human Resources and Compliance Specialist. Outside of work, Marissa loves to travel, cheer on the San Francisco 49ers and spend time with her family and friends.

Our Vineyard Manager, Rafael, came to California in 1979 and began working on a vineyard at the age of seventeen. He moved to Sonoma in 1990 and has been a part of Team Ty since 2006. Helping Ty and tending to the vines definitely keeps him busy. Any free time that he does have, he enjoys spending with his wife and three children.

A Napa native with a passion for both numbers and flowers, Lisa brings precision and creativity to her role as Accounting Manager. She lived in Denmark for five years, where she became fluent in Danish and worked in the casino industry before earning a European Floral Design certification.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her adult daughter, sharing wine with friends, hiking to find wildflowers, and visiting the Sonoma and Mendocino coastlines.

Natalie joined team Ty in February 2026 as the Wine Club and Shipping Coordinator. Born and raised in Sonoma, Natalie began working in the wine industry at 17 and quickly developed a strong interest in the operational side of the business. Over the years, she has gained hands-on experience in winery operations and customer service, building a solid foundation in hospitality.

A recent graduate of Sacramento State, Natalie is currently pursuing a master’s degree at San José State University, further strengthening her knowledge of business and leadership. In her current role, Natalie oversees wine club operations and shipping logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for members from allocation to delivery. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys going to baseball games, traveling, and reading.

Michelle has been an integral part of Ty Caton Vineyards since 2006, joining the team during its early stages. As one of the longest-serving members, she has been key to the company’s growth. Initially hired as a part-time bookkeeper, Michelle’s dedication and expertise allowed her to evolve with the company. She now works closely with Ty Caton as an Executive Assistant, overseeing daily operations and contributing to various aspects of the business. Originally from New York and a graduate of Binghamton University, Michelle is married with three grown children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and staying active. After years in the wine industry, her favorite vintage and varietal  remains the 2004 Tytanium.

Scarlett joined Team Ty in September 2020 and now serves as the Direct to Consumer Manager. Originally from San Jose, California, she moved to Sonoma County in 2012 to attend Sonoma State University, where she studied Wine Business. With a strong passion for the wine industry, Scarlett has gained valuable experience in hospitality, sales, and marketing over the past several years. She is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests and wine club members, and to growing Ty Caton Vineyards’ direct-to-consumer programs with warmth and authenticity. Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring all that Wine Country has to offer.

Paul moved to California from Idaho (bucking that trend!) in 2005 after a career in advertising and marketing drawn here by his passion for wine and the amazing lifestyle the wine country offers. He met Ty soon after when he was working at a winery that used to purchase some of Ty’s grapes. After working for wineries in both Napa and Sonoma he joined team Ty in June of 2021. Paul enjoys exploring new wineries and excursions to the coast with his husband and “two kids,” their dogs Reggie and Elliott.

Rod brings a wealth of experience from a long career in hospitality across Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Having worked with several esteemed wineries and wine tour companies, he offers guests an engaging and knowledgeable perspective on wine country. Whether welcoming visitors in the tasting room or leading private tastings, Rod is dedicated to creating warm, memorable experiences that reflect the spirit of Ty Caton Vineyards. A Napa resident, he takes pride in sharing his love of Northern California wines and the stories behind them.
